  I will never shop at this Lowe's again. I tried to order a grill a week ago. It took numerous phone calls, transfers, and three calls back to me from the store over nearly 2 hours when I gave them the specific product #.
  
  They scheduled delivery for Tuesday. It was rescheduled three times. Now it's Thursday. Delivery brought the wrong grill.
  
  When I called to calmly explain my problem, the woman in customer service who took my call said, "Well, what's wrong with that grill?" not seeming to understand that when a customer pays for a specific product, that's the product she expects to receive. She continued along that line until I got angry to which she replied, "I can't be talked to like that," seemingly oblivious to how rude she was bring to me.
  
  I'll pay $30 more at Ace not to be talked to like that.
