  Well, it has been a full week since I left messages to have them call me about a job they did in our kitchen a while ago. The ceiling can lights have all gone dim (about 50% brightness), which is very troubling.
  
  A week of repeated calls and messages. No response. Nada. Even if they are very busy with other priorities, I would have expected some response by now.
  
  I guess their motto must be "YOYO (you're on your own), Bye!"
