  Do not recommend Danley's. We setup a contract to have a garage built back in late 2016, they took until early to mid 2017 to start doing the work. All the people who have worked on the garage were subcontractors, not Danley's them-self. The materials used to build the garage are horribly cheap. My Cement is cracking in multiple places after only 6 months. The contractor who installed the door did not install it right (they did it upside down) and now it won't lock. They failed to grease the door and it bound up. On top of the horrible quality, they have failed to follow up on the completion of the garage and keep asking for the last sum of payment after we discussed that we would give them the money after the issues were fixed. The whole process has been a nightmare.

  DON'T hire them the most terrible experience I have every had in my LIFE!!!! I was told my garage would be up January 1st of 2018 started the process 10/17 it is now mid march and it is still not complete!!! First let me say all the work is contracted out you will never see anyone from danlys at your house you will be given a bunch of phone numbers for all the people that will be doing each step of the building process, good luck even being able to talk to someone from danlys in regards to a problem they are all rube and confused I talked to one "MANAGER" one week the next he was fired lol.. when I got my concrete slab finally pored they dug my back yard up and had to "TAKE" all the dirt with them they left my back yard destroyed and then offered my husband 100.00 dollars to keep the dirt in my yard lol, we told them no thanks then he still left a ton of mud dirt all over my grass so you can imagine I don't have any of my grass coming back because it is covered in about 3 inches of dirt mud they left behind from these unprofessionals.. Second problem the electric part this man has already been at my house 3 different times and it is still not done the correct way on our contract it is all supposed to be run underground and ran into your foundations into your house yet he drilled into my new garage and also my house to run the electric when there are tubes left from the foundation crew to run it through the ground and underground witch I paid for and it is not like that at all!! Then to get him to come and trech the ground to run the electric yeah rite!! He has my electric ABOVE ground for a few weeks I called and called danleys to please get him to come the ground is ok to dig and no again.. So I called the contractor myself and had to bribe him to come and have my husband that works 60 hours a week trech and dig for them to even come and do his job!! You can imagine he said oh ok great i I will be there saturday to lay the electric underground only because my husband did the work for him!!! This place is a joke stay away!!!
