  We had a refrigerator spring a leak and soak the carpet in the living room. Larry and his team responded promptly, cleaned and dried the carpet and saved it for us. So very pleased with them!

  I recently used Unique for the first time--they had been recommended by the carpet retailer from whom I purchased my wool carpet. I had difficult stains to remove, and Unique did by far the best job I have ever experienced in carpet care and cleaning. The technicians were experts, and very responsive to my questions and concerns. They are not the least expensive carpet service but the result is worth every penny!!
