  Went through the drive through at 6:56 PM no one to be seen. One other person in front of us in the drive thru and they didn’t see anyone in the drive through window when pulling around. Even if they closed at 7 we were still there within operating time.

  I've come here a few times. Some of the employees here are amazing, they go above and beyond, they will crack you up.
  
  A couple of times I was not pleased with my order, it was made poorly, too watered down, or wrong completely. It's 50/50 here with them.
  
  On more than one occasion I have come here and they were closed 30 min to an hour before closing time. No sign on the door or anything. Employees ignore you at the drive through and door when you want to get an answer.
  
  I started going to a different Starbucks on Dundee in Arlington Heights. Much better service, longer hours, orders are correct, and they don't close randomly whenever they feel like it.
