  Horrible experience in Australia. Wife and I booked our travel with these people. They don't stand behind their product, and don't hold vendors accountable. Cheated us out of well over $2,000 due to their mistakes, with the vendors, and their lack of follow-up, holding vendors accountable, and dismissive to taking any ownership. Avoid using them.

  I have no idea what these other folks are talking about. My wife and I used Sentinel to help with trips to Israel, Italy, Scandinavia and are now using them to help with France. We've always had great suggestions and wonderful help. It would have been very difficult to make those arrangements and had such wonderful trips without their knowledge and experience.
