  I have ordered hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise in the past two weeks to prepare for a hunting trip. I ordered the last item I needed and paid for expedited shipping (keep in mind I live locally to their location). I placed my order on Monday morning, received an email later that day the item shipped. Now, two days later, I just received the exact same email stating my order shipped. It has the same tracking number as the first email and all they have done is generate a label, it has not even been picked up by shipping company. So, now, I won't even receive before I leave for my trip.
  
  To make things worse, I called as soon as they opened this morning and had to leave a voicemail due to high call volume (based on piss poor reviews I see, most likely for same reason as me). 3.5 hours later I still haven't received a call back, so, I jumped on their live chat on their site. Felix is the agent I was talking to and his customer service skills are significantly lacking. He actually disconnected the chat because I complained to him about them dropping the ball.
  
  I am in the process of boxing everything up that I have purchased from them the past two weeks and will be sending back. I would much rather go to a small business and get the things I need (even if at a higher price), then continue to give these people my business when it shows by their tactics they could care less if they get it or not.
