  While I am unable to comment on this place in its function as a childcare or educational facility, as I do not have kids (and fully intend to keep it that way) but I find the fact that people send their kids off to a sketchy place that shares a building with two comparably sketchy Asian restaurants to be very disturbing. What becomes of kids who misbehave? Have any disappeared under mysterious circumstances? "Excuse me, how is your Hunan special?"
