  Jamie was wonderful to work with and meet - very low pressure, knowledgeable, and funny. I tagged along with a friend to get an office chair and will be returning when we need some new furniture. Jamie even got our friend an amazing deal on a refurbished chair! Very much worth the drive from Chicago.

  Don't worry about ordering without seeing. I worked with Randy Lowe, and he really took care of my Steelcase Leap V2 chair, and it didn't stop there. Within a year I'd started having strangle creaking and cracking noises coming from the chair. He called Steelcase and they are sending me a new chair!!!
