  Impressed by how clean everything was. But, there was something missing. For what we had to spend, especially at 'Needless Markup' ('Nieman-Marcus'), you would think they could hire people who were somewhat friendly.

  Beautiful mall with some extremely high end shops. But it was a ghost town. Lots of security which made me nervous. The spa was not a spa at all. The staff did not speak English. They appeared to be living there. Very odd. Disappointing
