  Last month I canceled my membership at Massage Envy Northbrook after the male massage therapist felt it was appropriate to mount me from behind while I was face down on the table and drive his crotch into my rear rear-end while he was "massaging" me.
  
  I tried to explain to the woman at the front desk why I was canceling my membership. She acted like she didn't care what I was telling her. She said she was pretty sure she had managed to cancel my membership but a manager would call me if there was a problem.
  
  This month there's another $60 charge on my credit card for an account that was supposed to be cancelled last month.
  
  No one is answering the phone or returning any of my calls. I could not be more disgusted with the poor customer service and the disgusting behavior of some of the massage therapists.
  
  There used to be a massage therapist at this location that not only did excellent work but was polite and professional as well. He is no longer at this location and the massage therapist that I was told would be a comprable experience was by no means on that level.
