  Dr. Malhotra is one in a million. After struggling with an undiagnosed illness for years, and visiting over a dozen doctors, Dr. Malhotra was the only one to identify the underlying cause.   Dr. Malhotra, Debbie, and the rest of the amazing staff at Heal N Cure have changed my life not once, but twice! The first time I came to Heal N Cure, I had tried everything to lose some weight and feel better. Nothing worked. I knew I needed to find a lifestyle educator or someone who could help me. Luckily, after some googling- I found Heal N Cure. Thanks to the plan Dr. Malhotra put me on and the support her staff provided, I lost 20 pounds and felt better than I had ever felt in my whole life. I was fitting into clothes again and in sizes I never thought would work for me. I also had more energy!
  
  The second time I came back to Heal N Cure was after I had my baby in May 2017. I had gained about 80 pounds in pregnancy and had only lost 20 of them in the first 2 months after delivery. Dr. Malhotra put me back on a very easy to follow regimen and after 3 months of sticking to the plan, I am only about 15 pounds away from my pre-baby weight.
