  I received an arrangement as a gift. I was not home at the time it was delivered. The delivery person was very rude to me on the phone. He unnecessarily snapped at me and spoke to me in a harsh tone. I was near the store so I picked up the arrangement. The fruit was nearly rotten and the chocolate was so hard that it hurt my teeth and broke off into pieces, flying everywhere with just one bite. There was a lot of condensation on the fruit and plastic. It appeared that the arrangement may not have been made fresh. It saddens me that someone I care about spent that kind of money for something that wasn't even edible. Waste of money.
  
  I gave a 2 star rating only because the cashier at the store was pleasant.
  
  Update: I sent a complaint online late last night and the manager called me this morning. She said that it sounded like a bad batch of strawberries and is replacing the arrangement. She was very nice. I love edible arrangements so I'm really looking forward to getting the replacement!!

  I loved going there. The store always smells sweet of Chocolate! The dipped strawberries are absolutely de-lish! Their customer service was topped notch as they helped me with picking my order out. I ordered a nice arrangement for my sweetheart and they have it done in around 10 mins!
