  I went to buy a monitor 45 minutes before they closed. I knew exactly which monitor I wanted so all they had to do was to show me where I can pick it up. All the store associates ignored me and they pretended they were busy getting ready to close. Even when I was making eye contact with them they would look and walk away. Terrible customer service!

  Still hanging in there against the onslaught on online retailers, this BB is well kept and offers a pretty wide selection of electronics. They price match too which is great if you need it today.
