  Only reason it is a one star is there is no lower rating!!! Called at 7:30 pm for a tow yesterday , and 3 hours later I had to call a wrecker on my own, as the one dispatched kept taking other calls in front of me. I was in a parking lot, where the lights are turned off at 10pm, and they could not have cared less!!! The Auto Club did not call and check on me, except for an automated message, and when the operator came on , she hung up on me. As soon as I get re-embersed for my tow, I am cancelling this non service club. It is not the first time they have taken a very long time, BUT IT WILL BE THE LAST!!!!
