  Had a 10:30am appt got turned around was in communication with the lady all the while telling her I'm on my way I'm so sorry I will compensate you for the inconvenience just to get there for her to tell me that she think I should try to get a refund for my groupon and there's nothing she can do to be accommodating. I do understand I was late but she could've have told me while on the way there she won't be able to complete the job in time not wait til I got there just to turn me around. Waste of time and very disappointed!!
